“Customer service is A+ , technician arrived during scheduled appt time frame, explained to me what the problem was , took care of it but unit stopped working after an hr . Texted customer service and Deborah took care of sending tech again to check unit that evening . And so far AC unit has been working since then. Reasonable price, top notch service. Definitely will use them again. Highly recommended.”
